Raiser’s Edge NXT Change Management Barriers

As nonprofit professionals, we often hear promises of streamlined workflows, integrations, and modern interfaces. And to be fair, Raiser Edge NXT’s Web View offers many great features—intuitive dashboards, work centers for gift officers, and powerful analytics that help teams work smarter and more strategically. I could go on for days about the existing and planned features that have made my life easier. I strongly recommend that anyone who uses the database view exclusively start using the Web View for some tasks. I usually have both views open for my work.

 Still, I understand why many users remain cautious about transitioning to Web View. Based on community feedback and real-world use cases, below are some of the reasons… and links to vote for change in the idea bank.
